A very warm welcome to The Ellis CE Primary School.

Rooted in our Christian vision and values of Love, Courage and High Aspiration, we strive to ensure that every child feels safe, respected and celebrated for who they are. We believe that every child should have a true sense of belonging; knowing that they are an important and valued member of our school family. Our children are at the centre of every decision we make, and we are committed to providing the very best learning experiences that enable them to flourish both academically and personally.

I am incredibly proud of our dedicated staff team, who work tirelessly to create an environment where children feel supported, challenged and inspired every day. They build strong relationships with our pupils and families, nurturing confidence, curiosity and a genuine love of learning. We continually reflect on our practice, embrace new ideas and seek opportunities to improve so that every child receives the very best education possible.

Our vision is for every child to leave The Ellis not only with excellent academic foundations, but also with the confidence, resilience and character to make a positive difference in the world around them. We place great importance on helping every child develop a strong sense of responsibility, belonging and pride in both our school family and the wider community. We want every child to know they are valued, that they belong, and that they can make a positive difference to the world around them.
