New After-School Clubs

Dear Parents and Carers,

Following the launch of our new Arbor app, we are pleased to inform you that after-school club bookings can be made through the app from 12 noon on Wednesday 18th March. If you have not already downloaded and logged into the app, we encourage you to do so, as we can no longer take bookings via ParentPay.

Each club costs £2 per week and must be booked for the full half term. If there is a day when a club will not run, for example, an INSET day, this will be reflected in the price.

Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your ‘After School Clubs’ account before registering your child for a club, as bookings cannot be confirmed without available funds.

This also applies when using the Tax-Free Childcare system to pay for clubs. Tax-free childcare payments can be made at any time, and funds can be stored for future clubs within the app.

Bookings for each club will remain open until 24 hours before the first session.

Refunds will only be offered if a club has to be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or if your child decides they no longer wish to attend. We are committed to making these clubs accessible; therefore, if the fee presents a challenge for your family, please reach out to us. We would be happy to discuss options for support.

Our clubs can be popular and have a limited number of spaces. If you cannot see a club listed, it may be that it is full. Please email office@ellis.dsat.education to place your child on the waiting list.

Please ensure your child has their PE kit with them for sports clubs. If your child will not be attending a club on a particular week, please inform us to avoid any confusion and so we can make sure they do not get changed at the end of the school day.

Most of our sports after-school clubs are run by coaches from Active Club.

All clubs run straight after school until 4:15pm.

We appreciate that changes to systems can take time to adjust to and would like to thank you for your patience and support during this transition period.
