Welcome to Our New Arbor Parent App

We have started to set the accounts up. To complete your own account setup, please follow the instructions below:

• Download the Arbor Parent App (not the Student App) from Playstore for Android phones or the Apple Store for iPhones.

• Click on the forgotten password link.

• Enter the email address(es) that you confirmed with us.

• Enter a password.

• Agree to Arbor’s terms and conditions.

• Enter your child’s date of birth.

• If you have more than one child, click the profile icon at the bottom right of your screen and click Switch student.

• Please enter their date of birth.

We would encourage you to complete your account setup in preparation for the full move to Arbor, as this will soon be our main communication method.

We are hopeful that you will find this app useful, as eventually, everything concerning your child will be in one place. You will be able to view your child’s attendance, update their medical records, purchase event tickets, make changes to your address and contact details as well as many other additional features.
