Arbor App Breakfast Club Booking Information

Dear Parent/Carer,

We are pleased to inform you that Breakfast Club sessions are available for booking on the new Arbor app from 13th April. If you have not already done so, please ensure you have downloaded and logged in. You will no longer be able to make bookings via ParentPay from April onwards.

On the new app, you can book your child into breakfast club up to 6am on the day of your booking. Breakfast club places cannot be booked and confirmed until payment has been made, however, if you have a credit balance that covers the full cost of your booking, this can be used when checking out.

It is parent’s responsibility to contact office@ellis.dsat.education to cancel any advance bookings that are not required (including illness). Please email the office to inform us of your child’s illness and ask us to cancel any bookings for the following days.

Our breakfast club staff will have online access to the daily register, and children who arrive and are not on the register will be sent to the office and parents contacted. 

Please remember that there is a daily limit of 35 places, therefore, if you do not see the day that you require, this is because it is full. 

As the two systems (ParentPay and Arbor app) are not integrated, we will manually transfer any credit or debit balances from ParentPay at the end of March. Ideally, we would prefer it if debts could be cleared as soon as possible, please.

Payments made through the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme

We are aware that some parents pay for breakfast club through the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme. Unfortunately, as we do not receive a remittance advice to inform us when these credits are received into our bank account, please email when you have made a payment and we will credit your payment into your Arbor app account.

Any payments that are received into our account during holiday periods will be credited as soon as possible following our return to school.
